Joker, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play and PG Soft titles sit inside the as88 casino lobby, reachable after a single DuitNow or Bank Transfer deposit. Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits.
Walk into the as88 casino lobby and you find four distinct game families. Slot reels from PG Soft and Pragmatic Play make up the largest share — titles like Keris Legend Megaways and Rapid Climb Arena load straight from the catalogue rail. The live dealer section carries Microgaming-backed baccarat and roulette rooms, including the Live Kuantan Baccarat Room for a table feel that suits Malaysian players. Crash games like Rapid Climb Arena run on a separate panel so you can switch between reel-based play and live tables without hunting through menus. Fishing games sit in their own category too — Fishing Golden Catch is the one we get asked about most.
The casino lobby on a mobile screen is arranged for one-thumb navigation. Game cards scale to portrait mode automatically — Keris Legend Megaways and Fishing Golden Catch render their reel grids in full without horizontal scrolling. Live dealer rooms from Microgaming switch to a compact dealer-cam view that keeps the betting panel visible at the bottom of the screen. Crash game rounds in Rapid Climb Arena display the multiplier curve in the upper half while the stake controls stay pinned below, so you can watch and act without switching views. The lobby discovery rail runs left-to-right, letting you swipe through Joker and PG Soft slot categories as a single continuous strip. There is no separate interface to learn — the mobile casino is the same layout as the desktop version, compressed into a format that works on the train or anywhere with a decent connection.
Three routes cover the questions that come up most often inside the as88 casino — game loading issues, wallet credits after a DuitNow deposit, and account verification when a live table requires it. Reach the team through the channel that suits your situation and the time you have available.
Open the chat icon from any casino page to reach the support team directly. This is the quickest path for questions about a game round that did not resolve, a stake that appears pending, or a live table room that shows as restricted in your region.
If your DuitNow or Bank Transfer deposit does not appear in your casino wallet, head to the transaction history tab in your account dashboard. The status column shows whether the transfer is confirmed, pending or flagged for manual review — share the reference number with support if the status stays pending.
For matters that need a written record — a disputed game result, a request to review your casino account activity, or a question about access eligibility under local law — email support gives you a reference trail. Response time is not guaranteed; check your account dashboard for the current status of your request.
Running a casino lobby means making the rules visible and keeping the mechanics consistent across every session. Here is what we put in place to make the as88 casino one you can check for yourself rather than take on faith.
We display RTP figures only where Joker, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play or PG Soft expose them in the game data. No estimated or rounded figures appear on titles where the provider does not publish the stat — the absence of a number is itself the honest signal.
Bonus rounds are labelled as bonus rounds. Prize wheels are labelled as prize wheels. We do not rename or soften game mechanics to avoid regulatory language — if a title in the lobby has a jackpot feature, it is described as a jackpot feature with a plain definition of how it triggers.
Every game in the casino comes from Joker, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play or PG Soft. We do not carry unverified titles or white-label slot packs from studios outside that list. If a game name appears in the lobby, it belongs to one of those four providers.
Casino access at as88 depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. We do not state that any game category, live table or betting market is available in all regions — eligibility is confirmed during account setup based on the information you provide.
The as88 casino is not a single game type — it splits into four formats that suit different sessions and playing styles. Knowing what each delivers helps you head straight to the right section rather than scrolling through the full catalogue every time.
Live Kuantan Baccarat Room and similar live tables put a real dealer on camera with rounds running on a fixed schedule. You see the cards dealt in real time, the betting window counts down visibly, and the result posts directly to your casino wallet. Best for sessions where you want pace set by the table, not by you.
Titles like Keris Legend Megaways and Fishing Golden Catch run entirely at your own speed. You set the stake, spin, and the round resolves before you decide the next action. Bonus rounds trigger based on reel combinations that the provider publishes in the paytable — the game pauses on those screens so you can read the outcome clearly.
Rapid Climb Arena is the crash format on as88 — a multiplier climbs from the start of each round and you cash out before the round ends. The tension is in timing, not in reel symbols. Rounds are short and the result is immediate, making this the format for players who want quick feedback between stakes.
Fishing Golden Catch uses a shooter mechanic rather than reels — you aim at targets moving across the screen, each carrying a prize value. Rounds have no fixed end point in the way slot spins do; you control how long each session runs. This format from Joker sits in its own lobby rail so it does not mix into the slot catalogue.
These are the terms that appear in game descriptions, paytables and account screens across the as88 casino. Each definition covers what the term means in plain language — no assumptions about outcomes or guarantees.
RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total stakes a game returns to players over a very large number of rounds. It is a long-run statistical figure published by the provider, not a round-by-round promise or a figure the casino sets.
A bonus round is a game mechanic within a slot title that activates on specific reel combinations, usually shown in the paytable. It runs separately from the base reels and may include a different prize structure. The term describes the mechanic, not a promotional reward.
A jackpot feature is the top prize tier built into certain slot titles by the provider. It triggers on rare reel combinations defined in the game rules. The size and trigger conditions are set by Pragmatic Play, PG Soft or whoever supplies that specific title.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification step that confirms your account details before certain casino features are unlocked. You submit the documents listed in your account dashboard; the verification status updates there once the review is complete.
A multiplier in a crash game like Rapid Climb Arena is the factor applied to your stake at the moment you cash out. A 3x multiplier on a RM10 stake returns RM30 to your wallet. The multiplier climbs from the start of each round and stops when the round ends.
A paytable is the screen within a slot or table game that lists every winning combination, its payout value, and how special features trigger. In as88, the paytable button appears inside the game window — it shows the rules for that specific title as published by the provider.
These are the questions the as88 support team sees most often from people using the casino section. The answers below cover account setup, game access, deposits and what to do when something does not look right.
Log in to your as88 account, go to the deposit section and select DuitNow. The screen shows the transfer details and reference number. Complete the transfer through your banking app using those details. Your casino wallet updates once the DuitNow transfer confirms — the status is visible in your transaction history tab.
Yes. The as88 lobby keeps your session active across game categories. Select the Live Casino rail or the Slots rail from the main navigation — your wallet balance and session carry over without a new login. Live Kuantan Baccarat Room and slot titles like Keris Legend Megaways are both accessible from the same logged-in state.
Live table availability depends on local law and the eligible regions configured for your account. If a table shows as unavailable, the restriction is based on the region confirmed during your account registration. Contact support via live chat and they can clarify which tables are accessible for your account status.
RTP figures are shown inside the game window where the provider — Joker, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play or PG Soft — publishes them in the paytable. Not every title exposes this figure. If the paytable does not list an RTP, we do not estimate one separately; the provider's published data is the only source we use.
The round completes on the server side. When you reconnect and reload the game, the result of the interrupted round will be reflected in your casino wallet and in your transaction history. If the balance does not update after reconnecting, use live chat to report the session time and game title.
Bank Transfer is one of the verified deposit routes at as88, alongside DuitNow. Select Bank Transfer in the deposit section, follow the account details shown on screen, and include the reference number in your transfer. Once the bank confirms the transaction, your casino wallet reflects the amount. Availability is subject to local law and eligible regions.
